Personal Lines Account Manager
This is a full-time, on-site/hybrid role for a Personal Lines Account Manager, located in Charleston, WV. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and handling personal insurance policies. Daily tasks will include working with clients to assess their insurance needs, processing policy renewals and changes, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Qualifications
- Must be licensed in Property & Casualty and have 2+ years experience
- Proficiency in handling Personal Insurance policies
- In-depth knowledge of Insurance industry practices and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site/hybrid, team-oriented environment
- Relevant certification or licenses in insurance is a plus
